   Professional Background & Jurisdictional Limits

   Ninaveda’s founder holds a university degree in Pharmacy and a degree in Environmental Management, both earned in Vietnam. The techniques and protocols shared through Ninaveda and Ninaveda Steady™ draw on this academic background together with independent research into nervous-system regulation and body-based practices. This background is not a license to practice pharmacy, medicine, or any other regulated health profession in your country of residence — no part of the Service should be understood as care provided by a locally licensed pharmacist, physician, or other clinician.

   Eligibility

   The Service is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement.

   Free Trial

   New users may claim one (1) free credit to trial a tool within Ninaveda Steady™. No payment card is required. Free credits are limited to one per person, enforced by email address and, where technically available, by device and network (IP) identifiers. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to deny or revoke free credits where we reasonably suspect duplication, fraud, or abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, email addresses, or devices by the same individual. The free trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription — moving to the paid plan requires a separate, affirmative action by you. Free credit availability (including any overall weekly limits) may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time at our discretion.

   Subscription & Automatic Renewal

   Ninaveda Steady™ is offered on a recurring monthly subscription of $27/month. By subscribing, you expressly authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on each renewal date until you cancel. Your subscription automatically renews each month at the then-current price unless cancelled before the next billing date. Once subscribed, credits are granted on a monthly basis (e.g., 30 credits per month) on a strict “Use it or Lose it” basis; unused credits do not roll over. All sales are final except as required by law. We will provide reasonable advance notice before any change to the subscription price or material terms takes effect for existing subscribers.

   Cancellation & Refunds

   You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings, or by contacting us at support@ninaveda.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you retain access to any remaining credits until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial months, unused credits, or the current billing cycle once payment has processed, except where required by law. We are committed to making cancellation at least as simple as sign-up.

   Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy

   All content, tools, and materials within Ninaveda Steady™ are the intellectual property of Ninaveda. Automated data extraction, scraping, or mass-downloading of Ninaveda Steady™ responses is strictly prohibited. The system’s input constraints and credit limits are designed to prevent intellectual property theft. Any detected violation will result in immediate, non-refundable account termination.

   Modifications to the Service

   We may add, modify, or discontinue any tool or feature of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Policies from time to time; material changes will be communicated by email or notice on this website, and continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ninaveda, its founders, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Policies are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Policies or the Service will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Vietnam, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
